100% Grass-Fed Beef Stew In Large Crock-Pot[ Print Recipe ]
Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs Stew Meat / Brisket
- 1 lb package organic baby carrots - whole
- 1 medium onion - thinly sliced
- 1.5 lb package Austrian Fingerling potatoes - whole
- Organic Free-Range Chicken Stock - fill to top
- Tapioca Flour - to thicken as needed
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
Preparation:
Add meat & vegetables first. Fill remaining space in Crock-pot
with broth.
Cook on High for 6-8 hours or on Low for 10-12 hours
